Na zijn met succes afgeronde klassieke muziekopleiding aan het Conservatorium in Den Haag is er een brede interesse geweest in allerlei stijlen muziek. Na het volgen van theorielessen jazz en lichte muziek is zijn werkterrein verschoven van het klassiekere werk naar de pop, jazz, theater en musical. Hierdoor is zijn werkterrein veelzijdig te noemen.

Als uitvoerend musicus zijn er in binnen- en buitenland concerten en optredens gegeven als begeleider van diverse vocale groepen waarbij ook diverse solisten werden begeleid.
Afgelopen jaren speelde hij als pianist/toetsenist in uiteenlopende combo’s, verschillende bands, formaties en (musical)orkesten zoals Rembrandt, Tarzan, Camille een leven in steen, Evita, The Sound of Music, Joseph and the amazing technicolor dreamcoat en Mamma Mia!.

Momenteel speelt Arthur in de musical We will Rock You.

Als docent en begeleider is Arthur verbonden aan de musical en muziektheater opleiding van Codarts te Rotterdam. Portfolio

Nachdem er seine Ausbildung am Konservatorium Den Haag mit Erfolg abgeschlossen hatte, galt sein Interesse den verschiedensten musikalischen Stilrichtungen. Nach einigen Theoriestunden im Bereich Jazz/Pop hat sich dann sein Tätigkeitsfeld von der Klassik weg und mehr hin zum Bereich Pop-, Jazz-, Theater- und Musical bewegt. Er ist seit dem also äußerst vielseitig tätig.

Als Musiker hat er bei Konzerten und Auftritten im In- und Ausland sowohl diverse Gesangsformationen, als auch Solisten begleitet.
In den vergangenen Jahren war er als Pianist bei verschiedenen Combos, Bands, Formationen und (Musical) Orchestern wie z.b. `Rembrandt´, `Tarzan´, `Camille´een leven in steen´, `Evita´, The Sound of Music, `Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat´ und Mamma Mia! zu hören.

Zurzeit ist er als Pianist bei der Musicalproduktion `We Will Rock You´ tätig.

Außerdem ist er Teil des Dozententeams und Begleiter bei der Musical- und Musiktheaterausbildung am Codarts Konservatorium in Rotterdam.

After a successful graduation and education from the Conservatory in Den Haag, Arthur developed a broad interest in a number of styles of music. After lessons in theory of jazz and light music, his work moved from classical more into pop, jazz, theatre and musicals, leading to a many-faceted field of work possibilities.

As a performing musician, Arthur was involved in concerts both in and outside of the Netherlands, accompanying various vocal groups as well as soloists.
In recent years he performed as pianist/keyboardist in divers combos, bands, formations and musical orchestras, such as Rembrandt, Tarzan, Camille een Leven in Steen, Evita, The Sound of Music, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Mamma Mia!.

Presently Arthur performs in the musical We Will Rock You.

As teacher and accompanist, Arthur is attached to the musical- and music theatre courses of Codarts in Rotterdam.

Après ses études classique au Conservatoire de Den Haag, Arthur développa un vaste intéret à travers plusieurs style de musique. Il étudia par la suite le jazz et d'autres forme de musique populaire ce qui développa sa carriere de musicien classique vers un style populaire, jazz et théatral tels que les comedies musicales et un monde musical ouvert à toutes les possibilités.

En tant que musicien, Arthur a participé à des concerts au Pays-Bas et aussi à l'extérieur afin d'accompagner divers solistes et groupes vocaux.Au cours des dernières années il s'est produit à titre de pianiste/claviériste au sein de plusieurs combos, groupes et formations musicales tels que Rembrandt, Tarzan, Camille een Leven in Steen, Evita, The Sound of Music (La Mélodie du Bonheur), Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat et Mamma Mia!.

Actuellement Arthur fait partie de la troupe de musiciens de la comédie musical We Will Rock You.

En tant que professeur et accompagnateur, Arthur est directement attaché aux comédies musicales et aux cours de musique théatrale du Conservatoire de musique de Rotterdam "Codarts".
